Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
Coordinate with Account Managers, Sales, and Service Teams to align on post-sales expectations and ensure all required information is provided
Conduct regular account reviews with end-users and drive post-sales revenue growth
Manage service delivery for clients locally and regionally
Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards
Proactively understand client needs and deliver solutions to meet them
Support the growth of existing accounts and contribute to new business opportunities
Review and manage customer service contracts and service level standards
Address customer complaints and work with teams to ensure timely resolution
Collaborate with management to execute customer-focused growth strategies
Any other adhoc duties as assigned
