Job Description
We are looking an After Sales and Service Engineer that responsible in Installation, commissioning, maintenance repair and Calibration of our Thermal Spray Systems at our APAC customers.
"This role will be required to travel to Asia-Pacific (APAC) countries about 5 to 6 times per year"
Job Responsibilities:
Installation of OM Products: Able to perform System Installation independently and within time frame Equipment / Operator Training Systems and Components Repair Service Projects preparation and management: Able to Diagnose Customer's machine fault/issue in an effective manner Calibration of Equipment: Able to perform Systems Calibration of All Machine type including legacy product. Customer Technical Support
Requirements:
Min Diploma in Electronic/Electrical/Mechatronic or relevant engineering field. 2-5 years of relevant experience in customer service, technical support, or field service roles. Hands on experience in Electrical/ Electronics Machine
