Seeking a leader who is driven, intelligent, has high EQ, likeable and initiative. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Direct and execute the learning programme together with executive board. Ensure the seamless operations of the Centre and safety of primary school students. Deal with parents and vendors. Monitor and update on business aspects of the centre, including involvement in the business developmentJob Responsibilities: ? Oversee the daily operation of the centre. ? Implement quality standard for all programmes in centre. ? Handle centre tour; operation portion. ? Prepare financial and centre reports (e.g. petty cash, daily collections, centre enrolment report etc) ? Prepare monthly forms such as teachers attendance form, attendance forms, sign in/out forms, school bus attendance forms etc ? Conduct daily health checks with champs at the door when necessary ? Assist parents in the purchasing of merchandise such as uniforms, caps, books etc ? Conduct stock take and restocking of supplies such as merchandise and stationeries etc ? Ensure safety and timely transfer of students from school to centre ? Ensure safety of children within the premises ? Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Director of companyJob Requirements: ? Degree in Business Management with minimum of 10 years of working experience in managing several centers of after school care. ? Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) ? Good communication and interpersonal skills ? Meticulous, organised and able to multi-task
