Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy is looking for Aftermarket Sales Professional to join the team based at SG-Singapore - MacPherson.

You will plan and execute sales targets and activities in a specified region for the portfolio of a unit in order to increase sales with all kinds of potential customers and to achieve defined commercial targets.

Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:

  • Focus on customer sales, commercial and technical communications on after-market spare parts and ad-hoc repair / troubleshooting services.
  • Additional responsibilities include customer negotiations, commercial and technical communications on all other after-market sales portfolio such as repowering, modification and upgrades, remote services, other advanced maintenance scopes, and future products that are not part of long-term service and maintenance contracts.
  • Manages the whole sales process including understanding customer's needs (including clarifications of technical and commercial requirements); drafts, coordinates and negotiate quotations/contracts/proposals in cooperation with proposal team, internal functions, other involved professionals and management; internal approval initiation based on "PM@SGRE" ,e.g., sales and project management rules/process; and following it through that the orders are booked and closed with local Commercial Project Managers (CPM).
  • Drives dispute resolution on spare parts sales between customers and SGRE factories and warehouses, such as Denmark, China, and Spain.
  • Technical clarification with global/regional technical teams on the spare parts and other aftermarket sales portfolio, while cultivating and supporting the customer's needs.
  • General knowledge of import and export of goods to communicate with customers such as Incoterms 2010.
  • Reporting and forecasting order intake amounts and revenue amounts/timing to Regional Sales Manager, and/or Service Sales Head in APAC.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain good relationship with new and existing customers.
  • Directly participate and contribute to the growth and expansion of SGRE's after-market business and portfolio of products in the assigned markets in the APAC region.

  • Preferred experience will be in Energy, utilities & mining, Renewable energy or Industrial Maintenance Services
  • A strong communicator managing and developing Customer relationships.
