- Salary Range : Up to S$9,000 Per month
Responsibilities:
- Profit and loss responsibility for aftersales business including service, parts and customer satisfaction
- Develop new opportunities for the profit centre, in compliance with manufacturers guidelines
- Ensure warranty and policy are in compliance with manufacturers procedures
- Develop and motivate the team to deliver business targets within a culture of continuous improvement, process excellence and efficiency
- Maintain strong collaborative relationship with manufacturer
- Ensure professional aftersales support is provided to customer
- Review and ensure high customer retention rate with high NPS score
- Minimum Degree qualifications with 5 years of managerial experience within the automotive industry
- Exemplary leadership with customer centric mindset
- Dynamic individual with strong drive to excel
- Excellent people management, interpersonal and communications skills
