Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and delivery of support service to our customers
• Measure and monitor daily operations and ensure all transactions are carried out accurately and in a timely manner.
• Managing incoming calls and enquiries from email for aftersales issues.
• Coordinate and attend to product warranties and claims.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions for machinery breakdown to customers
• Liaising with customers, customer enquiry and feedback e.g. part availability and leads times through phone and email.
• Develop and implement spare parts sales and inventory management standard policies and procedures to support the rental and sales of machinery in the Singapore market
• Systemise tracking of new equipment service schedules, targeting customers and proactively developing service related to parts sales.
• Scheduling of service team to perform maintenance packages and breakdown reports.
• Timely procurement of spare parts from vendors, local and overseas.
• Ensure proper documentation for ISO procedures and statutory requirements.
• Maintain and establish excellent rapport with business associates

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in similar industry.
• Possess initiative and are self-driven to achieve company\xe2\x80\x99s objectives.
• Proactive in identifying market opportunities and problem-solving.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin, including local dialects.
• Technical knowledge of heavy construction machinery is an added advantage.
• Able to communicate with all levels of people, verbal and written.
• Keenness to listen and a team-player.
