Provide creative thought leadership and execute marketing campaigns, PR events for the Club, with the view to achieving positive exposure for the Club in the external market and media channels. Ensure that all plans are delivered on time, within budget, and are aligned to the Club's strategic direction and business objectives. Manage brand delivery and develop strategies to help position the Club as 'Premier Club of Choice' and `Employer of Choice'. Oversee all Club communication channels and the editorial and production of Club content on these channels. This includes and is not limited to in-house newsletter, annual report, club notices, circulars, flyers, souvenir programmes, Membership collateral, electronic and digital materials, posters and website. Constantly identify new ways to reach target audiences, including in-store displays, special events, direct mailings and advertising. Develop and deliver department budget responsible for directing the team to drive revenue, profitability and achieve maximum return on investment. Responsible for garnering sponsorship, advertising and strategic partnership agreements that enhance the Club's market positioning and brand name, and subject to Management approval. Oversee media requests and inquiries to ensure appropriateness and consistency in the release of Club information and news, subject to Management approval. Requirements: Degree holder 5 years' work experience in Hospitality industry
