Team & Program overview

The new multiyear Loan strategic program, named LOANSCAPE targets to:
  • Build a new platform to interconnect investors, lenders and clients on syndicated markets
  • Build a digital platform for CACIB clients and investors
  • Manage large lender pool deal, different loan format, institutional investors and multi-product
  • Increasing agility lead by more focused and structured transactions
  • Implement solution aligned with regulatory requirements (Basel IV, IFRS 9).
Agency and middle perimeter (AMRK) is a data centric collection of modules/applications that resides at the centre of the Loanscape application architecture and is responsible for providing business services, security services and communication services with other applications of the program

Position:

As a head of LOANSCAPE/AMRK team, you will be responsible for the development of system and services module under Loanscape program related to middle office.

In Loanscape section, you will ensure that all the projects, activities and tasks under the team\xe2\x80\x99s responsibility are performed cost-effectively, on schedule, in conformance to the bank\xe2\x80\x99s policies and standards and within agreed levels of quality.

As part of transversal responsibilities, you will also ensure in conjugation with LSC section head that best development practices are followed across other LSC section teams in areas of DevOps, design, dev tooling, code quality, monitoring, frameworks etc.

Main responsibilities:

As a team head, you will:
  • Organise the team to facilitate the development of various AMRK modules that adhere to the larger Loanscape program requirements.
  • Plan, organize and prioritize the work assigned to the team in order to meet committed deadlines and other agreed milestones.
  • Identify, evaluate and report risks and issues to ensure corrective and/or preventive measures are timely taken.
  • Ensure processes applied adherence to the Section operational model.
  • Supervises and follow-up 3rd Level Support Activities for applications in production
  • Ensure the implementation of best practices and tooling for other LSC teams.
  • Implementation of AgileSecDevOps practices.
  • Continuous improvement of projects, run and budget.
  • Ensure team\xe2\x80\x99s activity adherence to bank\xe2\x80\x99s norms and standards.
As a major global IT stakeholder, you will:
  • Continuously monitor the quality of the deliveries and the quality of service.
  • Continuously monitor the satisfaction level of his/her customers and put efforts to maintain and improve it.
  • Actively participate/contribute to Global IT Paris/ISAP governance for his domain.
As a Manager, you will:
  • Evaluate staff member skill/knowledge and recommend training plan.
  • Review and conduct appraisals for staff under his charge.
  • Organize staff mobility and staff career development
  • HR Management: Recruitments, motivation and career, coaching and mentoring staffs.
Qualifications and Profile

Mandatory
  • 10+ Years of IT experience
  • 5+ Years of Banking experience
  • 5+ Years of Management of an IT development team
  • 5+ Years of hands-on development experience
  • Proven project management experience
  • Knowledge on defining models through UML
