The Role Responsibilities
The Agency Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for creating a strong and rounded relationship with Third Party Sales (TPS) agencies to maximise Credit Cards & Personal Loans (CCPL) potential business opportunities and to spearhead CCPL acquisition initiatives and portfolios.
The ASM is also required to work with key internal stakeholders such as TPS Governance team & TPS agencies to mitigate any risk associated with this channel as well as to maintain an oversight on all relevant processes to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements
Core Responsibilities:
Sales &Service

  • To develop existing TPS channel as an alternate distribution channel for unsecured lending products
  • To identify and onboard new TPS agency where required
  • To have the agency partners in alignment for sales and service goals
  • To execute tactical plans well with agency partners
  • To handle complaints resolutions according to the Complaints Handling process and to escalate further if it potentially involves local regulator etc.
  • To attend regular Service Review Meetings to discuss progress and growth
Governance
  • To have a strong oversight for processes and to extract a positive rating for GIA audits
  • To ensure competent completion of TPSA processes
  • To ensure competent completion of yearly renewal processes
  • To co-operate with TPS Governance team for all CSTs and related TPS checks
The candidates will be measured on:
  • Achievement of governance parameters i.e. audit results
  • Achievement of annual sales targets
  • Competent completion of TPSA processes and completion of yearly renewal processes

  • Relevant educational qualification to perform the Job role
  • 3years\' experience in managing Third-Party Agency is preferred though not mandatory
  • Self-Starter, easily adaptable and thrive in challenging environments
  • Strong networking skills & relationship builder with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Role Specific Technical Competencies
  • CCPL Sales & Acquisition
  • Credit Cards & Personal Loans product experience
  • Account Management
  • Technical knowledge and expertise in banking products
