We are looking for a Business Analyst familiar with Agile practices with keen interest in Government Projects.

Responsibilities:

Elicit, scope, and manage business requirements.
Collect and document detailed requirements for UX improvements, including usability, functionality, and performance enhancements.
Lead the scrum team, conduct scrum ceremonies.
Crafting and grooming of user stories, managing product backlog.
Drive smooth deployment, adoption and operations of the solution.
Work with developers to understand and troubleshoot technical problems, as needed.

Requirements:

Min 3 years\' experience required, IT related tertiary education.
Experience in full software / product development life cycles using Agile Methodology.
Proven experience in IT business analysis, application solution and design.
CSM/ CSPO Certification.
Product Management experience will be highly advantageous.
