Responsibilities:

• Elicit, scope, and manage the stakeholder\'s business requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of business needs and translate them into detailed requirements documents, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, architects, and project managers, to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Organize the product backlog by extensively gathering and analyzing information with stakeholders and participate in crafting Functional/Design specifications.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
• Support the development of project plans, budgets, and timelines, and track progress against milestones.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and manage defects as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean or PR only.
• Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Information Technology, or related fields.
• Prior experience of at least 3 years in IT business analysis, designing application solutions, and testing, or related.
• Experience in AWS cloud (AWS related certification will be an added advantage).
• Knowledgeable about cloud environments, including practices such as CI/CD, Azure and various cloud technologies.
• Proficient in hands-on cloud deployment (Having overseen the migration of 1-2 systems).
• Working experience in Agile methodologies (Related certification will be an added advantage).
• Previous involvement in government projects is advantageous.
