Our client, one of Asia-Pacific's leading organizations is looking for:

Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop compelling business cases for ICT systems that align with corporate strategy and agency IT masterplans Establish comprehensive system roadmaps and execute procurement strategies that deliver optimal value for the organisation Manage the complete project lifecycle from conception to implementation, ensuring deliverables meet identified business needs within agreed cost, timeline and quality parameters Develop detailed project plans, identify and mitigate potential risks, and maintain proactive stakeholder engagement throughout the delivery process Serve as the internal champion for product-centric mindset and Agile delivery methodologies

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or other related disciplines with with minimum 5 years of project management experience in similar capacity, with demonstrable expertise in Agile delivery methodologies Have strong portfolio showcasing hands-on project management success, with consulting, software development or design experience Technical competency in low-code and high-code development environments within medium to large-scale software projects Possess excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
