8 July 2024We are seeking an Agile Team Lead to drive project success by guiding cross-functional teams in Agile methodologies.Mandatory Skill(s)

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master;
• 5-6 years of experience in delivering agile projects, encompassing planning, execution, and team management within Software Engineering;
• In-depth understanding of Scrum techniques and artifacts, including the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement;
• Self-motivated with strong leadership and team-building capabilities;
• Creative problem-solving skills for complex issues;
• Experience in managing senior stakeholders;
• Proficiency with agile delivery tools such as JIRA and Confluence;
• Strong customer focus with the ability to interpret and analyze customer requirements effectively;
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.

Desirable Skill(s)

• Scrum Master Certification is a plus;

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, and develop and maintain a project plan with resource estimates and deadlines;
• Partner with Product Owners to create and prioritize user stories;
• Work closely with the Solutions Architect to develop technical design requirements, ensuring the squad delivers scalable and reusable solutions;
• Oversee the daily activities of the team/squad, including creating, prioritizing, and managing the backlog of activities;
• Coach squad members and Product Owners in agile methodologies;
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, sprint demos, and Retrospectives;
• Collaborate with Product Owners and squad members to provide Senior Management with updates on squad deliverables;
• Guide agile teams in developing their agility maturity and provide in-depth coaching to enhance their agile practices.
