They specialise in servicing MNCs with quality steel products across several sectors including automotive, construction, electronics & more. The company is currently expanding its footprint into the Agriculture segment and looking for an individual with experience in agriculture / animal husbandry equipment to penetrate the industry and grow the business. Job Responsibilities Be a major driver in supporting significant sales growth in the Agriculture segment through the overall strategic alignment, strategy development and business development. Support platform management processes like reporting, project management and knowledge management. Develop, align and support the strategy for the Agriculture segment with a particular emphasis on components, including defining value proposition and market position for individual products in cooperation with the brand owners. Support the Agriculture business the company's subsidiaries by deeply understanding the customer's needs and industry drivers and ensure the growth and transfer of knowledge about the industry within the division. Build and maintain sustainable networks (internal & external) for steel, heat treat, coatings and services in the Agriculture segment. Represent the company at industry events, interest groups and similar in the Agriculture segment.
