What the day will look like

• Lead Aon\xe2\x80\x99s Agriculture value proposition for Korea, Retrocession and South East Asia
• Support Head of Agriculture South Asia for relationship management with reinsurers
• Design a strategy for inwards Agriculture business into the Asian reinsurance markets
• Design and execute reinsurance structures working with reinsurers across the globe
• Lead the design and consultation process with governments in Asia on subsidised Agriculture insurance scheme and how reinsurance plays an important role in risk transfer
• Present Aon Agriculture expertise at conferences externally and internally
• Work with wider Agriculture APAC team to ensure best practices are followed

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Preferably a degree in Business, Engineering or Political Science
• Relevant experience in Insurance and/or Reinsurance broking or underwriting
• Possess excellent oral, written, interpersonal, presentation and marketing skills
• Attention to detail, pro-active and results orientated
• Possess strong negotiation skills and ability to develop and maintain business relationships
• Possess good analytical mind with strong business acumen
• Willing to work hard to deliver results, be highly reliable, adaptable to changes and a good team player
