Job Description


Our Real Estate client is looking for an enthusiastic AI Governance Specialist to join their Data & AI team in Singapore.This role is designed for someone eager to develop their skills in AI and data governance. The successful candidate will support the development and implementation of governance frameworks for AI and data across the organization, ensuring ethical, compliant, and transparent AI usage. This role also involves contributing to the company\'s broader internal governance processes for data and AI.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing governance policies and frameworks for both AI and data to ensure responsible use of these technologies.
  • Support internal governance processes for data and AI, including conducting audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks.
  • Monitor and report on the ethical, legal, and regulatory implications of AI models and data projects, ensuring they align with internal standards and industry regulations.
  • Work closely with data science, IT, and business teams to ensure AI and data models are compliant with governance policies throughout their lifecycle.
  • Support the documentation, tracking, and monitoring of AI and data models to ensure accountability and transparency.
  • Assist in the development of training programs and resources to raise awareness of AI and data governance practices within the organization.
  • Stay updated on global trends in AI governance, data protection laws (e.g., PDPA, GDPR), and best practices, providing insights to the team.
  • Help prepare reports and presentations on AI and data governance metrics and improvements.
Key Requirements:
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in AI Governance, Data Science, Information Technology, Law, Ethics, or a related field. Candidates with a diploma in AI Governance or Data Governance will be considered.
  • Skills:
  • Basic understanding of AI technologies, data governance, and compliance frameworks.
  • Interest in ethical AI, data privacy laws (e.g., PDPA, GDPR), and industry regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
