Basic Salary: $8.5k - $16k (Based on experience)Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic vision for AI initiatives in alignment with the company\'s overall goals.
• Identify opportunities for AI to enhance business processes, products, and services.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI projects, from initial concept through development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing AI team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to the team, ensuring the use of best practices and state-of-the-art techniques.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to integrate AI solutions into products and services
• Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and academic institutions to advance AI capabilities.
• Drive the research and development (R&D) of new AI models and algorithms.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of AI solutions.
• Oversee the collection, preprocessing, and analysis of large datasets.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Implement robust metrics and monitoring systems to assess the performance and impact of AI solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize AI models and processes.

Job Requirements

• Min. PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Current professor in a university setting preferred.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, & Java.
• Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms.
• Experience in leading a diverse team of professionals (AI Project lead).
• With Published research in reputable AI journals or conferences.
• Active participation in AI and data science communities
