Responsibilities
- Responds to customer inquiries promptly,
- Manages customer relationships to ensure their requirements are met and KPIs are maintained
- Liaise with carrier, agent, stakesholders and customers to ensure smooth transactions
- Process AWBs, weight amendments, close daily Console and ensure on time cargo up-lift
- Process permit declaration, checking and labelling of cargo, arranging for collection based on customer\'s request
- Ensure all freight cost, details and processes are kept up to date in Cargowise
- Ensure monthly performance reports such as transit time, urgent shipment and damage report are generated
- Preferably 2 year of exprierence in freight forwarding
- Strong knowledge of Freight Management Systems including Cargowise, local customs
