Our client is one of the multinational logistics company who provide end-to-end supply chain solution worldwide. The incumbent is resonsible with the full air export operations. We are currently seeking for a talent to join the team for their upcoming expansion.

Responsibilities

Responds to customer inquiries promptly,

Manages customer relationships to ensure their requirements are met and KPIs are maintained

Liaise with carrier, agent, stakesholders and customers to ensure smooth transactions

Process AWBs, weight amendments, close daily Console and ensure on time cargo up-lift

Process permit declaration, checking and labelling of cargo, arranging for collection based on customer\'s request

Ensure all freight cost, details and processes are kept up to date in Cargowise

Ensure monthly performance reports such as transit time, urgent shipment and damage report are generated

The Talent

Preferably 2 year of exprierence in freight forwarding

Strong knowledge of Freight Management Systems including Cargowise, local customs
