Job Details:

• Salary : $2400- $3000 ( Shift Allowance after 6pm , $11) + AWS
• Location : Alps Avenue
• Working Hours: Mon - Fri : 2100Hrs - 0600 Hrs , Sat: 2100 Hrs - 0100 Hrs ( 5.5 days work )

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Export Operations Supervisor/Executive with daily tasks.
• Prepare and organize the Pre HAWB (House Air Waybill), including cargo labels and document sorting.
• Send pre-alert notifications to overseas offices and customers prior to flight departures.
• Perform job registration using the company\'s Freight Management System.
• Follow and comply with specific handling instructions, particularly for urgent cargo.
• Ensure all export cargo is lodged before the Latest Acceptance Time (LAT).
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Export Operations Supervisor/Executive.

Requirements:

• GCE-O Level/Diploma in Supply Chain Management.
• Preferably 3-5 years of related experience in Air Freight Industry.
