Role Responsibilities * Process export shipments for an assigned base of accounts under the direct supervision of an Export Manager. * Perform duties related to document preparation and traffic coordination required to correctly process export Role Responsibilities Process export shipments for an assigned base of accounts under the direct supervision of an Export Manager. Perform duties related to document preparation and traffic coordination required to correctly process export shipments in a cost-efficient manner. Develop and maintain excellent service to internal and external customers at all times. Reply to overseas inquiries in a clear, concise and timely manner. Provide excellent and timely customer service by pro-actively informing clients of the status of their shipments. Role Requirements Diploma in Business/Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent. At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience. Requires knowledge in all activities related to freight forwarding services, including arranging transport & delivery of shipments & other related functions May be required to work on rotating day (M-F: 9.30am to 6.30pm S: 9.30am to 1.30pm) and night shift (M-F: 5pm to 1am S: 5pm to 9pm)
