* Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Freight Forwarding * Position Title: Customer Service Officer (Ship Parts/ Oil & Gas) / Shipping Officer (Ship Parts/ Oil & Gas) * Wo Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Freight Forwarding Position Title: Customer Service Officer (Ship Parts/ Oil & Gas) / Shipping Officer (Ship Parts/ Oil & Gas) Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm Salary: Up to $3,000 + AWS Duration: Permanent Role Responsibilities Attend to calls, emails from overseas officers & agent rates enquiries. Monitor shipments (arrival date, time, short landed, survey cargo) Preparation of quotations for customers. Manage the movement of shipments in and/or out of the countries (Ship Parts / Oil & Gas / Project Cargo). Manage the necessary documentation for the efficiency of all import/export activities. Communicate with the export and import and related overseas office, customers, and suppliers, in all relevant countries, as necessary to ensure efficient, positive support and activities. Manage/liaise with stock control and warehousing for import/export activities on behalf of customers (catering mainly to Ship Parts / Oil & Gas customers). Prepare and submit relevant administration in a timely and accurate manner, for example, Inventory reports, shipping schedules, documents, declaring permits, arranging packing, preparing CIPL shipments & Sub Cert. Prepare invoices for customers and do costing to close job files. E-filing of documents. Any other duties as may be assigned by the Company's management from time to time. APPLY NOW!!
