Air Freight Executive (cold Chain, Pharmaceutical)

Job Description
The Opportunity:
- Work location: Changi South (Nearest MRT: Expo)
- Working hours: Tues to Fri, 12pm to 9pm & Sat 9am to 9pm / Sun to Wed, 9pm to 9am
- Up to $4,000, AWS, Medical Benefits
- Handle customer orders and route them accordingly
- Address customer inquiries regarding shipments, including tracking, routings, quotations and booking confirmations
- Manage air freight import and export shipment documentation for Singapore and APAC
- Utilize Transportation Management System (TMS) and Cargowise (C1) for order processing
- Coordinate shipments and manage operational requirements
- Relevant experience in air import/export operations coordination is required
- Knowledge in using Cargowise will be advantageous
