Adecco is partnering with a cold chain logistics MNC that specializes in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. We are in search of a Customer Service Manager to deliver outstanding customer support by serving as the primary point of contact for customers and producing reports tailored to their needs.
The Job:
Manage key customer accounts by serving as the primary point of contact
Build and manage relationships with existing and new clients
Handle customer orders and route them accordingly
Address customer inquiries regarding shipments, including tracking, routings, quotations, and booking confirmations promptly
Manage import and export shipment documentation for local and overseas customers
Utilize Transportation Management System and Cargowise (C1) for order processing
Coordinate shipments and manage operational requirements
Prepare airfreight import and export documentation (full cycle)
Generate and prepare monthly reports, billing reports and invoices to customers
Work closely with other departments in sales and operations
The Talent:
Relevant experience in cold chain logistics or pharmaceutical industry is preferred
Experience in managing full cycle of air import/export operations is required
