Our client is a MNC integrated logistics provider, the company offers a comprehensive range of services, including air and ocean freight, land transport, and contract logistics.Job Summary:

• Night Shift (5.5 Days Work Week)
• Alps Avenue
• Basic up to $3,200
• Shift Allowance
• AWS

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Export Operations Supervisor/Executive with daily activities
• Prepare and arrange the Pre HAWB (House Air Waybill), which includes creating cargo labels and sorting documents
• Notify overseas offices and customers with pre-alerts before flight departures
• Register jobs in the company\'s Freight Management System
• Adhere to specific handling instructions, especially for urgent shipments
• Ensure all export cargo is submitted before the Latest Acceptance Time (LAT)
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by the Export Operations Supervisor/Executive

Job Requirement(s):

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management is required
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the Air Freight industry
• IT Savvy
