Air Freight Operations Executive Location: Airport Cargo Road, Changi Air Freight Centre Working Days: 5.5 Day A Week Working hours : Monday to Friday , 12 PM to 8 PM Saturday: 9 AM to 1 PM Salar Air Freight Operations Executive Location: Airport Cargo Road, Changi Air Freight Centre Working Days: 5.5 Day A Week Working hours : Monday to Friday , 12 PM to 8 PM Saturday: 9 AM to 1 PM Salary : SGD 2500 to SGD3200 Requirements Minimum 3 years of working experience handling Air Freight documentation and operations Daily operations for Air freight Complete execution of AWB and facilitate lodge in of cargo to airlines Accurate Data update as per airlines requirements in ERP system, Labelling of cargo, Printing of AWB and all required documents, Update FWB /FHL/SSK, Sending pre alerts to agents Coordinate bookings of air cargo with shippers, airlines, coloaders and overseas agents Arrangements of cargo collection with transporters if required Guide and assist in the Air cargo operation at terminal if required Support in arranging import shipment delivery arrangements Timely response for all emails with accuracy Communicate and coordinate with each stake holder for efficient execution of shipments Any other duties as assigned by management.
