Location: Changi Responsibilities: Responsible to handle import / export shipping, permit declaration and transport documents for processing Responsible for daily documentations for Ocean Export / Import Operations Ensure shipments are properly handles and the needs of customers are met Liaise and coordinate with carriers / freight forwarders / vendors for outbound / inbound shipments Attend to email correspondence with customers and overseas agents Preparing billing invoice to customers and verify invoices from vendor Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by supervisors Requirements: Minimum 2 years of working experience in Logistics / Transportation / Supply Chain Must know how to do Customs Permit / Trade Net Strong interpersonal and communication skills Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Positive working attitude Organized and meticulous Interested applicants, please forward your resume to .
