Job Description


:This position is to manage and update customer pertaining to Air Import Shipments activities:

  • To monitor closely assigned customers\xe2\x80\x99 inbound shipments
  • Work closely with respective overseas offices to monitor its uplift at point of export till its arrival
  • Update customers promptly of delivery date and if any irregularity to inform them
  • Maintain close communication with overseas offices, internal customers, authorized contractors and ground handling agents to track closely its arrival and customs clearance
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by his/her immediate superior and/or manager
  • Some basic skills in Microsoft office Requirement
-Entry levels can apply as training will be provided
