Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Process Import Permit Declaration / Import Shipment and communication with
• warehouse and contractor for import clearance
• Manage specific account (Import Customer)
• Edit/update/create jobs in CW1 for import shipment pre-alert and direct shipment
• Communicate with origin Network and local customer on shipment arrival/delivery
• Update shipmen events/milestone in CW1 - Ops Excellent
• Process Invoicing, send/communicate with COES Team for invoicing

Qualification:

• Solid knowledge and experience in Import requirement, process and SG Customs and other compliance/competent authority - minimum 2 years experiences.
• Well verse on HS code/Import Control and Prohibited commodity imported into SIN
