How you create impact

Manage and coordinate airfreight shipments accurately and on time, ensuring all customer transit time and service requirements are met. Execute bookings, prepare documentation, and monitor shipments from start to finish -- proactively handling any deviations. Collaborate closely with Customer Care, Gateway, Warehouse, Customs, and Optimization teams to ensure smooth and compliant operations. Secure capacity and competitive buy rates with carriers or partners through KN gateways. Ensure compliance with all air transport regulations, KN standards, and industry guidelines. Drive process improvement and system optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and visibility. Support account implementation and the transition from sales to operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

What we would like you to bring

Background in Freight Forwarding
, ideally with over 2 years

of airfreight experience.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving
skills with keen attention to detail.
A proactive, service-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Excellent communication and teamwork
skills when dealing with internal and external partners.
Solid time management
and ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
