Air & Sea Freight Customer Service Executive



Location:

CIAS Cargo, Changi, Singapore

Salary:

SGD 2,400 - 3,000/month + performance-based bonuses

Employment:

Full-Time, Permanent

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities



Manage customer inquiries and bookings across air and sea freight services Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, and internal teams for timely deliveries Handle documentation, customs clearance coordination, and shipment tracking Provide updates and resolve issues promptly for clients and stakeholders Maintain accurate records to ensure consistent service from origin to destination

Requirements



Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

Prior experience in air or sea freight operations, cargo coordination, or logistics

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Ability to multitask and solve problems independently
