Air & Sea Freight Customer Service Executive



Location:

CIAS Cargo, Changi, Singapore

Salary:

S$2,400 - S$3,000/month + performance-based bonuses

Employment:

Full-Time, Permanent

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities



Manage customer inquiries and bookings across air and sea freight services Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries Handle documentation, customs clearance coordination, and shipment tracking Provide shipment updates and resolve client or stakeholder issues promptly Maintain accurate records to ensure consistent end-to-end service

Requirements



Prior experience in air or sea freight operations, cargo coordination, or logistics Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask and solve problems independently
