Information:

• Working hours:
• 9am - 6pm, 5pm onwards count 1.5x
• Location: Novena

Responsibilities:

• Provide installation and servicing for client (including HDB and commercial area)
• Troubleshooting and maintenance
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system functionality and efficiency.
• Respond to emergency service requests promptly and provide timely solutions.
• Recommend system upgrades or replacement when necessary to improve energy efficiency and reduce operating costs.
• Collaborate with clients to determine their specific needs and customize solutions to meet their requirements.
• Provide technical support and advice to clients regarding their HVAC systems.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and maintenance schedules.
• Adhere to industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance and safety.
• Conduct system performance and quality testing to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to continuously improve service quality.
• Offer competitive pricing and flexible scheduling options to accommodate clients\' busy schedules.
