Carry out maintenance tasks (servicing, hardware replacement, configuration, repairs) in accordance with maintenance instructions / procedures and safety and security guidelines
Perform hardware and software troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and rectification works
Generate and update maintenance forms / manuals / procedures in accordance to prescribe quality management processes
Supervise sub-contractors and ensure proper completion of work and compliance to safety and security guidelines
Liaise and coordinate with procurement and vendors for purchases of hardware and services
Perform installation, overhaul and upgrade of hardware and software
Perform off-site standby and respond to fault activation after office hours
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
Key Requirements :
Diploma in Computer / Electronics / Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering or related fields
Higher NITEC holders with 2 - 4 years\' relevant experience will also be considered
Entry Level candidates are welcomed to apply; On-the-job training will be provided
Knowledge in networking / networked systems will be an added advantage
Team player with good written and interpersonal skills
