Job Description
- Co-ordination and communication with various parties (including customers, overseas agents)
- Perform airlines space reservation (via phone, fax, email, etc.)
- Monitoring and following up of shipments and checking shipments status regularly
- Attending phone calls from customers
- Arranging local handling services
- Liaising with carriers
- Provide input into various internal and departmental reporting mechanism: Monthly reports
- Perform duties as assigned by manager
Job Requirements
- Good computer skills
- Good with Microsoft Office Skills
- Knowledge of incoterms preferred
- Able to cope with high volume of jobs and urgent matters
- Interpersonal Skills
- Teamwork, Proactive
Other information
- 5.5 days/week (Alternate Saturdays after confirmation)
- Basic salary $2200 - $2700
