Job Description


  • Co-ordination and communication with various parties (including customers, overseas agents)
  • Perform airlines space reservation (via phone, fax, email, etc.)
  • Monitoring and following up of shipments and checking shipments status regularly
  • Attending phone calls from customers
  • Arranging local handling services
  • Liaising with carriers
  • Provide input into various internal and departmental reporting mechanism: Monthly reports
  • Perform duties as assigned by manager

Job Requirements
  • Good computer skills
  • Good with Microsoft Office Skills
  • Knowledge of incoterms preferred
  • Able to cope with high volume of jobs and urgent matters
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Teamwork, Proactive

Other information
  • 5.5 days/week (Alternate Saturdays after confirmation)
  • Basic salary $2200 - $2700
