Job Highlights:
- Basic up to $4500 (depending on relevant working experiences) + Allowances + AWS + Variable Bonus
- 5.5 Days Work Week: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm
- Need to commit 2nd shift one whole week once a month, Monday to Friday 1pm to 10pm, Saturday 1pm to 5pm (Shift Allowances provided)
- Working location at Changi Airport Cargo (Transport allowance provided)
- Freight Forwarding Company
- Training will be provided
- Execute/prepare documentation (Mawb, Hawb, Manifest, COO)
- Cargo labeling
- Enter cost and revenue in the Kewill system
- Link customer EDI (if required) in the Kewill system
- Update customer with flight details and POD for Door-to-Door shipments
- Send e-mail pre-alert to respective destination stations
- Post Kewill system pre-alert to respective destination stations
- Follow-up with destinations stations for POD for Door-to-Door shipments
- Update mandatory milestones in Kewill track and trace
- At times will require to lift/shift cartons for cargo labeling
- View physical cargo to determine if any re-packing is required
- At times will require to travel to a customer location or work in another location
- Follow-up with carriers / co-loaders for any off-loading
- Good working experience in air cargo clearance permit declarations
- Candidates with working experience in Air freight forwarding operations will be highly preferred
- Candidates with relevant qualifications but no working experience are welcome to apply
