Airfreight Import Executive * Permanent role * Location: Changi (Transportation provided islandwide) * Working location: Monday - Friday (9am - 5:30pm), Sat( 9am- 1pm) * Salary: $3200 + VB
Airfreight Import Executive

- Location: Changi (Transportation provided islandwide)
- Working location: Monday - Friday (9am - 5:30pm), Sat( 9am- 1pm)
- Salary: $3200 + VB
Responsibilities
- Ensuring all shipments are duly accounted and handled based on Customer\'s requirement
- Updating of Data such as Arrival Date, Permit in to the system
- Process and issue billing to customers
- Timely update to system on the un-billed for Month End Closing
- Liaising with External and Internal Stakeholders for shipment status and handling
- Attending joint customer visits with Sales to understand and establish working relationship
- Preferably 2 years of exprierence in Import Operations and Customer Service
- Possesses a Diploma / Degree or equivalent preferred
