- Working days: 5.5 days - Office Hours
Job Responsibilities
- Handle full set Export/Import documentation.
- Handle enquirers from customers, via telephone or email for transportation by air and sea, and provide quotation.
- Customs permit declaration.
- Liaise with customers for delivery arrangement.
- Handle the key account customers according to SOP\'s and escalate special cases to Department Manager in a timely manner.
- Provide report and statistic to key account customers on a daily/monthly basis.
- With INCOTERMS knowledge is an advantage.
- Possess relevant background is an advantage.
- 1-2 year experience in Airfreight industry with customs permit declaration is preferred
