Job Responsibilities
Handle full set Export/Import documentation.
Handle enquirers from customers, via telephone or email for transportation by air and sea, and provide quotation.
Customs permit declaration.
Liaise with customers for delivery arrangement.
Handle the key account customers according to SOP\'s and escalate special cases to Department Manager in a timely manner.
Provide report and statistic to key account customers on a daily/monthly basis.
Job Requirements
With INCOTERMS knowledge is an advantage.
Possess relevant background is an advantage.
1-2 year experience in Airfreight industry with customs permit declaration is preferred
