Job Description

• Operations Executive [Airfreight]
• Working Day: Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm / 10 am - 7 pm
• Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre
• Salary: $2200 - 2800

• Daily Operations for Air Freight
• Execute full set of AWB/BL / Import/Export Custom Clearance / Invoicing / Verification of vendor costings / Sending pre-alerts to oversee offices/agents etc
• Coordinate bookings of Air cargo with partners & vendors
• Arrangements of cargo collection and deliveries with transporters/hauliers
• Timely response for all enquiries with accuracy
• Communicate and coordinate with each stake holder for efficient execution of shipments
• Managing Warehouse - Forklift usage
• Any other duties as assigned by management.
• Any other duties as per requirement and assigned

job Requirements

• Minimum 3 to years of working experience handling Air Freight Operations and documentations
• With Diploma in Logistic / Supply Chain is preferred
• With forklift license is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
