About the Role

We are seeking a

Warehouse Supervisor

to lead and oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows across all shifts. This role combines hands-on operational tasks with supervisory responsibilities, requiring an individual who can actively contribute while guiding associates toward meeting client expectations and operational KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including packing, stowing, and order processing. Oversee forklift and reach truck operations to enhance efficiency; license holders will manage the full scope of warehouse functions. Enforce deadlines, ensuring all orders are processed by

1 pm the following day

. Support a seamless

24/7 warehouse operation

, managing flexible morning, night, and graveyard shifts. Implement competency-based training and grouping systems to upskill team members. Motivate and encourage attendance, particularly on low-attendance days (Mondays and Fridays). Coordinate with management on manpower planning, transportation for night shifts, and standby pay arrangements. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and oversee provision of required attire (safety boots, uniforms).
Requirements

Preferably hold a valid forklift license or demonstrate practical forklift/reach truck operating experience. Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written. Basic literacy, numeracy, and IT competency (Microsoft Office essential). ERP system experience is an advantage. Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and short activation periods (minimum 4-hour commitments). Supervisory or team coordination experience in a warehouse/logistics setting preferred. Candidates residing in the

North area of Singapore

will be prioritized.
Contract & Benefits

1-year contract

with monthly fixed salary (stable commitment preferred over hourly rates). Standby pay provided for availability outside scheduled hours. Transport arrangements for night shift associates may be considered. Full provision of safety gear and uniforms.
