Responsibilities:

• Customer service position at the front line
• Supporting airline operations at the front counter
• Aiding with check-in at the counter, verifying passports, issuing boarding passes, and responding to airline inquiries
• Ensuring a seamless departure process, which includes assisting with gate duties like scanning boarding passes and collaborating with Flight Captains, Cabin Crew, and airline representatives
• Being available for arrival services, helping with Lost & Found services for baggage, and conducting tracing activities
• Occasional tasks, such as assisting passengers with special needs or VIP passenger service handling
