Answer phone calls, meet and greet visitors and guests.
Arrange courier services for pick-up and delivery etc.
Handle incoming mails and parcels.
Manage office inventory stock supplies, place orders and replenish stocks timely e.g. stationery, food and beverage etc.
Maintain cleanliness of front desk counter.
Provide admin support.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Note:
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Location: Jurong East
Able to start work immediately.
Prior customer service/ front desk receptionist/ admin experience is an advantage.
