Who we are looking for: The officer is responsible for managing the global team to ensure all tasks are completed to the satisfaction of our internal and external clients. Why this role is important to us The Global Security Master and Centralized Pricing team is responsible for supporting Fund of Hedge Fund teams globally in the setup of securities, maintenance of hedge fund liquidity data and entry of pricing data. What you will be responsible for: As AIS Centralized Pricing, Officer you will be undertake:

  • Account for the day-to day management of global team members ensuring all daily tasks are completed. Assist the team with approving prices and security set up as required. Ensure all processing deadlines for pricing and security set up are completed accurately. Complete final review and signoff for the end of day checklist. Resolve complex escalated queries and ensure timely resolution of issues. Create and distribute monthly task schedule across all locations Coordinate efforts with the three offices during vacation/absences, for adequate coverage. Ensure that procedures are in place, up to date and adhered to by the global teams.
  • Lead and review process/systems, client interactions to look for improvements and effectively lead the team to discuss and implementPropose procedural changes to management with a focus on reducing risk, manual inputs, and increasing efficiencies. Identify learning opportunities from mistakes such a pricing errors and address them at team meetings. Create and facilitate training presentations
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with internal clients by conducting monthly internal calls and annual client surveys.Calculate FTE requirements for new client’s onboarding and or new portfolio launches. Attend client visits. Provide outstanding client service to both internal and external clients related to reporting and inquiries.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly management reporting.
  • Attend bi-weekly/monthly managers meetings, monthly CP team meetings, and 1x1 performance management meetings.
  • Monthly 1x1 performance management meetings with direct reports. Annual performance management review with direct reports. Participate in department wide training efforts – actively attend and complete all required training courses and provide feedback.

  • The officer will make effective recommendations regarding staffing to the VP in relation to new hires ,discipline, control work, determine promotions, salary increases and terminations.
  • They will exercise discretion and judgment with regards to matters of significance such as identifying and implementing process improvements and driving project work to achieve efficiencies.
  • Officer is responsible to review and coordinate onboarding, conversion, client change activities as needed and liaise between parties to ensure successful implement and manage expectations.
Communication Network:
  • Daily interactions with internal and external clients/3rd party investment managers and administrators as needed to resolve issues discrepancies and ensure client satisfaction
  • Participate in local, regional or global working groups to advance and assist projects or committees as required
  • Collaborate with appropriate teams globally to ensure consistent service delivery, client solutions and client satisfaction.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • 5 -6 years related experience
  • Ability to manage people
  • Experience managing a daily operation while providing support for business unit process improvement projects is preferred
  • Strong numerical, analytical skills
  • Strong work ethic with an ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Highly computer literate with an intermediate knowledge of excel and word
  • Skilled communicator, both verbal and written with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Confident and decisive
  • Presentation Skills
  • Minimum Required: College, University Degree (Preferred)
