1. Market Research & Sales Enablement
- Stay up-to-date on evolving industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics in assigned markets.
- Deeply understand customer needs, use cases, and pain points related to CPaaS products to better position our offerings.
- Own the GTM strategy and execution, collaborating with teams in the field including Sales, Marketing, and other Specialists.
2. Commercial Strategy & Operations
- Design and execute operational strategies aligned with product maturity and business goals, driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and overall business health through cross-functional collaboration.
- Conduct market segmentation and user analysis to define target customer profiles; develop targeted engagement strategies to increase new customer acquisition and improve retention of existing clients.
- Implement data-driven operational frameworks to track customer behavior, identify trends and opportunities, and generate actionable insights for the sales team to drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
3. Product Evolution & Customer Experience Enhancement
- Collaborate closely with regional sales teams and key accounts to design tailored solutions that address customer challenges and unlock business value.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify common pain points and unmet needs; collaborate with product teams to influence feature development and prioritize enhancements.
- Document and scale best practices by developing standardized solution templates across industries and use cases.
- Identify and onboard ISVs and other partners to co-develop vertical-specific solutions, enhancing product depth and expanding market reach in high-potential segments.
Position Requirement
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related majors preferred
2. Experience with CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Services), SMS, Messaging, OTT, and cloud-based communication technologies preferred; Experience working within a mobile operator or telecommunications company is acceptable as well;
3. Bilingual in English and Mandarin. Ability to speak additional languages is a plus;
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, team player, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
5. Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
