Alliance Manager - Renew Solutions (Asia)Description -HP Workforce Solutions shall continue and expand our existing services offerings, includes but not limited to Managed Print Services, Managed Device Services, Managed Collaboration Services, Personal Systems and Print Lifecycle Services. This Organization further shall automate new workflows for customers, add additional services such as managed video conferencing and new remote computing solution.   • Collaborate with renew solutions enablement, management, and partner sales teams to deliver a consistent, clear and actionable alliances partner strategy.
  • Execute on Refurbished devices partner strategy with multiple stakeholders cross functionally, ensuring throughput of products, programs and initiatives.
  • Applies IT Asset Disposition partners, Asia refurbished business subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies with strategic direction
  • Leads and/or provides IT Asset Disposition and Refurbished expertise with functional project teams and participates in cross-functional initiatives, ensuring accountability and progress
  • Champion Refurbished partnership strategies and \xe2\x80\x9cinfluence without authority\xe2\x80\x9d whether it be externally with partners or internally across the organization
Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:
  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 8+ years of work experience, preferably in building and managing partner relationships within IT Asset Disposition and Refurbishment Market
  • Experience in building new business strategies or executing IT Asset Disposition or Refurbishment business strategies a plus.
  • Track record of developing and scaling successful partnership programs.
  • Establish priorities and successfully manage multiple projects and strategic relationships.
  • Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
  • Results oriented individual with a "can -do" attitude.
  • Growth mindset and focused on partner excellence.
  • Digital Fluency and ability to operate successfully in a highly matrixed, remote and in-person teams.
