Supply Planning Analyst

The Talent:
- Degree in any discipline
- 2 years of experience in supply/production planning in FMCG environment is a plus
- Familiar with Microsoft Office with strong knowledge in Excel (Pivot Table and VLOOKUP)
- Create and maintain sample allocation and production timeline to build sufficient lead-time to meet production timeline
- Liaise with product development and production team to identify long lead-time styles and related data maintenance
- Schedule monthly capacity meeting, collect and consolidate the finished goods capacity, monitor the capacity ramp up plan
- Produce transfer list and conduct corresponding analysis
- Validate raw materials air request and support the approval and payment process
- Monitor delivery and production output
- Maintain allocation and plan balancing tool
