Our client is a global leading Food Producer company that is is looking for talents in this industry to join their growing business as Demand Planner for 6 months contract term. In this role, you will be leading the supply chain objectives in demand plan for assigned SKUs/market within a category by actively acting as a liaison between the markets and the category.

Job scope:

• Serve as a single point of contact for assigned SKUs owning interaction with Market Demand Manager
• Responsible for developing 18months forecast by brand, Promoter product group or category and for gathering building block via inputs from sales, marketing and other partners into the advanced planning tool (APO DP) for assigned SKUs
• Support Market Demand Managers and Category Demand Planning Managers in all activities associated with and leading up to Category Demand Review, including pre-market, market and category demand consolidation
• Participation in pre-market, market and category demand reviews in support of Market Demand Managers and Category Demand Planning Managers, respectively
• Own review of the disaggregated short-term demand plan, which includes SKU/location mix as well as weekly pacing
• Provide finalized detailed demand plan by SKU to Supply Planners, and make adjustments.
• Share appropriate reports, KPIs and dashboards with Category Demand Planning Managers and Market Demand Managers
• Perform root cause analysis for key service issues, forecast error and bias, as well as share output with appropriate leadership
• Collaborate with Market Demand Managers for creating action plans for non-compliant KPI
• Own demand-supply imbalance issue resolution activities. Collaborate with Supply Planners to resolve as required

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of demand & supply planning, forecast management experience in FMCG, Food production industry.
• Knowledge of relevant SAP APO would be an added advantage.
