Our client is in construction industry (Grade A1 Contractor/ Class 1 General Builder) and they provide full suite of integrated construction services and solutions in both the public and private sectors.
JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)
Provide support to the Business Development team in feasibility studies and evaluation of project tenders
Plan, lead and manage activities related to the identification, pursuit, and capture of commercial sales opportunities
Participate in tender briefing and provide project summary
Coordinate and compile weekly/monthly reports
Establish and maintain relationships with industry strategic partners/ stakeholders for continuous collaboration
Represent company at networking events/meetings to promote the company's unique value proposition
REQUIREMENT
Possess a degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Building with 5 years' relevant experience, preferably from the construction industry
Possess strong organisational abilities, time management skills, interpersonal skills and a high degree of confidentiality
Adept in Microsoft Office
