Summary The lyf AOB is the creative mind (and hands) at lyf. He/she plays a crucial role in translating lyf\xe2\x80\x99s brand values and brand content pillars into social experiences for the guests at lyf Funan Singapore. He/she builds a lyf community through partnerships with local influencers, organizations, and businesses. The AOB will enjoy working with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, global organization through curating relevant workshops, brand collaborations, and events.
In addition to property-level responsibilities at lyf Funan Singapore, the lyf cluster AOB will be required to work closely with the other AOBs at the operating lyf properties in Singapore to coordinate events and manage a monthly event calendar for lyf in Singapore.
Details of the roles and responsibilities include:
1. Partnership and Community Management
a. Create a network of partnerships with relevant merchants (e.g., F&B, retail, festivals, art, design, tech, crafts, concerts, sports) to get special rates/preferred access for guests
b. Monitor social trends to source for relevant partners
2. Events and Community Engagement
a. Curate property-level weekly events aligned with the brand content pillars and cluster level events each quarter to drive brand awareness
b. Work closely with the lyf operations team to execute events
c. Serve as liaison for community/building-level or Ascott corporate event leads
d. Evaluate post-event ROI, in coordination with lyf Champion or lyf Area Manager
3. Guest Review Management
a. Respond to online reviews promptly
b. Manage internal guest reviews timely
4. Marketing Support
a. Coordinate with the regional and corporate marketing teams to execute annual/quarterly marketing strategies for the lyf properties in Singapore
b. Work with the regional and corporate marketing teams to curate pre and post-event marketing content to generate hype and drive participation for the events, especially on social channels
c. Keep abreast with latest digital marketing trends to understand trending keywords that will increase eyeball and awareness for event-related communications
