Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Be part of the Corporate Finance team in supporting the Equity Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisition activities in the Global Investment Banking Division
• Support the team in a variety of corporate finance transactions across all stages, from initial client pitches to transaction closings
• Confidently participate in marketing meetings and deal execution including running the due diligence, regulatory and documentary processes
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to conduct industry, company and market research and analysis across various sectors and regions
• Assist in preparation of materials for both internal and external meetings (e.g. pitchbooks, presentation materials, teasers, etc)
• Assist in developing financial models, valuation (e.g. DCF, sensitivity analysis, comparable) and due diligence work
• Provide other support to the department as required

• Bachelor\'s degree or above from an accredited university with excellent academic results
• Relevant working experience in the financial or accounting industries
• Passionate for a long-term career development in the investment banking industry
• Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytically and numerically inclined with strong financial and accounting knowledge
• Highly motivated, independent, self-disciplined and results oriented
• Ability to multi-task on different assignments/ projects
• Excellent command of English and other languages is a plus
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Familiarity with Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Mergermarket and Dealogic is a plus
• Completion of CMFAS Module 4A is a plus
